MVM Group to acquire Shah Deniz Production from SGC.

MVM Group, an energy company owned by the Republic of Hungary, agreed to acquire Shah Deniz Production from SGC, a project aims to increase and diversify European energy supply by bringing gas resources from the Caspian Sea to markets in Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed.
