Homart Group completed the acquisition of Thursday Plantation from Integria.

Homart Group, a Sydney-based global market leader in health supplement, skincare, and functional dairy products, completed the acquisition of Thursday Plantation, an Australian natural essential oils brand, from Integria, a foreign owned private company that derives revenue from the manufacture and distribution of natural medication health products to practitioners and health outlets. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This significant development aligns with our strategic vision to expand our domestic brand presence by acquiring a company with deep roots in Australia and New Zealand through their well-known brands, which are recognised for their quality and heritage,” Jeffrey Yeh, Homart Group Managing Director.
