Robinhood to acquire Bitstamp from NXMH for $200m.

Robinhood, an American financial services company, agreed to acquire Bitstamp, a global cryptocurrency exchange, from NXMH, a private equity firm, for $200m. “As the world’s longest running cryptocurrency exchange, Bitstamp is known as one of the most-trusted and transparent crypto platforms worldwide.
