VINCI and the Government of Hungary completed the acquisition of Budapest airport from AviAlliance, GIC and CDPQ in a €4.3bn deal.

VINCI, a civil airports developer, and the Government of Hungary completed the acquisition of Budapest airport from AviAlliance, an airport management company, GIC, a Singaporean sovereign wealth fund, and CDPQ, an institutional investor, in a €4.3bn deal. Corvinus now owns 80% of the concessionaire and VINCI Airports 20%.
