Synopsis

VINCI, a civil airports developer, and the Government of Hungary to acquire the remaining 20% stake in Budapest airport, a international airport, from AviAlliance, an airport management company, GIC, a Singaporean sovereign wealth fund, and CDPQ, an institutional investor, in a €4.3bn deal. On completion of the transaction, Corvinus will own 80% of the concessionaire and VINCI Airports 20%.
