Pérez y Cía, a shipping agency, offers line representation services, tramp vessel consignment, cruise ships & cargo services, completed the acquisition of Euconsa, a company specialized in intermodal transportation of bulk chemicals and petrochemical products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
