Paradigm Capital to acquire 41.47% stake in Jetpak Top for SEK500m.

Paradigm Capital, a privately held investment advisory company and manager of the Paradigm Capital Value Fund SICAV, agreed to acquire 41.47% stake in Jetpak Top, a logistics and delivery provider, for SEK500m. The members of the Consortium hold and control, directly or indirectly, in aggregate 7.132m shares and votes in Jetpak, corresponding to approximately 58.52% of the total number of shares and votes in Jetpak.
