Platinum Equity-backed Hop Lun completed the acquisition of P.H. Garment.

Platinum Equity-backed Hop Lun, a designer and manufacturer of intimate apparels, completed the acquisition of P.H. Garment, a private label manufacturer of high-quality bras, shapewear and performance-driven active wear. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We welcome the P.H. Garment team to the Hop Lun family.
