nVent completed the acquisition of Trachte from Palladium Equity for $695m.

nVent, a provider of electrical connection and protection solutions, completed the acquisition of Trachte, a provider of easy-deployment application-engineered protection and control buildings, from Palladium Equity, a private equity firm, for $695m. “I am excited to welcome the Trachte team to nVent.
