LDC-backed Croud, a full-service digital marketing company, completed the acquisition of Vert Digital, an Atlanta-based digital marketing and advertising agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re also delighted to expand our footprint in the US; Atlanta is a welcoming city, super well-connected, and has a great talent pool and client base for us to expand into,” Luke Smith, Croud Co-founder and Global CEO.
