EXA Capital completed the acquisition of Nomos One.

EXA Capital, a finance and technology firm, completed the acquisition of Nomos One, a tech startup specialising in lease management and lease accounting software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are incredibly proud of how far Nomos One has come since our inception in Dunedin.
