IK Partners-backed GoodLife Foods to acquire Audens.

IK Partners-backed GoodLife Foods, a branded and private label frozen food products supplier, agreed to acquire Audens, a frozen snacks, appetizers and ready-meals producer and distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed.
