Inflexion-backed The GRC Group, a provider of software and tech-enabled services to manage business risks and regulatory compliance, completed the acquisition of Bulletproof Cyber, a provider of cybersecurity, information security and data protection services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We’re very excited to be joining The GRC Group.
