Oxford Instruments completed the acquisition of FemtoTools for CHF24m.

Oxford Instruments, a provider of high technology products and services to industry and scientific research communities, completed the acquisition of FemtoTools, a developer of nanoindentation instruments, for CHF24m. "We are delighted to have completed the acquisition of FemtoTools.
