Gedeon Richter, a European multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, agreed to acquire pharmaceutical companies Estetra and Neuralis from Mithra Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical company, for for €175m. “Acquiring Estetrol represents an outstanding strategic opportunity for Richter in one of its core therapeutic areas.
