Artistic Milliners, a denim manufacturing company, terminated the acquisition of Tenaga Generasi, a Malaysian company, was incorporated in Pakistan to set up a 50 MW wind power plant, from Dawood Lawrencepur, a renewable energy solutions company, and IFC, a financial institution. Financial terms were not disclosed.
