Trilantic Capital-backed Sunbelt Solomon, a transformer service company, completed the acquisition of Valley Transformer, provider of transformation repair and refurbishment services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to add Valley Transformer's team and capabilities to Sunbelt Solomon.
