CVC and EMMA to acquire FoxPost.

CVC, a private equity and investment advisory firm, and EMMA, a Czech investment management company, agreed to acquire FoxPost, a provider of package delivery services. Financial services were not disclosed. “We find the Hungarian market attractive. Currently, there is a receding trend of direct-to-consumer deliveries, while the appeal of parcel lockers is rising. Therefore, we consider our new acquisition highly promising,” Jakub Čanda, CVC Senior Managing Director.
