Everfox, a cybersecurity company, agreed to acquire Garrison Technology, a cybersecurity firm that offers a secure remote browsing technology, from IP Group, a British-based Intellectual property business investing in technology companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We entered 2024 with great momentum, with the separation from Forcepoint and standing up Everfox.
