Golding completed the acquisition of HSE Mining assets for AUD85m.

Golding Contractors, a civil engineer company, completed the acquisition of HSE Mining, a mining company assets, for AUD85m. “I am delighted that NRW has been successful in acquiring the HSE Mining assets and inventory and securing the novation of the mining services contract with Stanmore at South Walker Creek,” Jules Pemberton, NRW Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
