Great Point Partners completed the acquisition of Lyocontract.

Great Point Partners, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of Lyocontract, an independent drug product contract development and manufacturing organization. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Lyocontract has an opportunity to further scale and broaden its offerings and expand its global capabilities at a time when there is growing demand for lyophilization services.
