Bertram Capital-backed AFC Industries completed the acquisition of Circle Bolt & Nut from Optimas OE Solutions.

Bertram Capital-backed AFC Industries, a full-service industrial distributor, offering vendor managed inventory services, custom engineered products, cutting tools, kitting, packaging, and other supply chain, completed the acquisition of Circle Bolt & Nut, an international supplier of fasteners and specialty hardware, from Optimas OE Solutions, a global manufacturer/distributor and service provider of fastening and supply chain solution. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to have the CBN team join the AFC family.
