Seche Environnement to acquire ECO Industrial Environmental Engineering from Beijing Capital Group for $447m.

Seche Environnement, a company specialising in waste management, including the most complex and hazardous waste, agreed to acquire ECO Industrial Environmental Engineering, a provider of hazardous and non-hazardous waste management solutions, from Beijing Capital Group, a state-owned real estate enterprise, for $447m.
