Sensor Holding to acquire Finstad Eiendom from Marsve Invest.

Sensor Holding, a management and holding company, agreed to acquire Finstad Eiendom, a company purchasing, developing and renting real estate such as tenements, homes, exhibition halls, warehouses, shopping centers and land properties, from Marsve Invest, a company investing in shares, bonds and real estate. Financial terms were not disclosed.
