STAR Capital and Ackermans & van Haaren to acquire V.Group from Advent.

STAR Capital, a private equity firm, and Ackermans & van Haaren, a construction engineering company, agreed to acquire V.Group, a ship management company, from Advent, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am truly excited to welcome such well-respected, long-term investors with deep shipping sector experience to assume the ownership of V.
