Perceptive Advisors completed the acquisition of Vapotherm for $150m.

Perceptive Advisors, a health care investment firm, completed the acquisition of Vapotherm, a medical device manufacturer, for $150m. "Vapotherm has done a significant amount of work to date to ensure it is able to deliver its technology to patients in respiratory distress.
