Groupe Fondasol, a French-based engineering and consulting firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in DEC Enviro, specializing in geotechnical, material, and environmental engineering, hydrogeology, and building sciences. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The integration of DEC Enviro within our Group is a key step in our ambition to become a major international player.
