FCC Servicios Medio Ambiente, an environmental services company, agreed to acquire the operating group companies and real estate assets from Europe Services Groupe, a cleaning services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of the ESG’s business would represent the entry into a key market for us and a significant step in FCC Servicios Medio Ambiente’s growth strategy.
