Hillcore Group completed the acquisition of CEDA from OMERS.

Hillcore Group, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of CEDA, a company that specialises in providing industrial maintenance, turnaround and environmental services, from OMERS, an investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to become part of the Hillcore Group of Companies.
