GED Capital to acquire Argilun.

GED Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Argilun, a Basque lighting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is part of a favourable environment for audiovisual productions, as this market is expected to grow by an average of over 10% in the next few years.
