The Whitley Family completed the acquisition of Old Edwards Hospitality Group, a collection of upscale hotels, golf courses, and restaurants. Financial terms were not disclosed. The list of assets in the transaction includes Old Edwards Inn and Spa in Highlands, NC; 200 Main, Half-Mile Farm, Four65 restaurant, Highlands Burrito restaurant, Old Edwards Club, GlenCove and Norton Ridge.
