Atlantic International completed the acquisition of Lyneer Staffing Solutions from IDC Technologies for $95m.

Atlantic International, a strategic staffing, outsourced services and workforce solutions company, completed the acquisition of Lyneer Staffing Solutions, a strategic staffing outsourced services and workforce solutions company, from IDC Technologies, a manpower solutions & IT consulting firm, for $95m. “With the acquisition, we are very excited to get to work building a leading staffing, outsourced services and workforce solutions enterprise for our over 1.1k customers.
