América Móvil to acquire an additional 41% stake in ClaroVTR from Liberty Latin America.

América Móvil, a Mexican telecommunications corporation and mobile network operator, agreed to acquire an additional 41% stake in ClaroVTR, a Chilean telecommunications company, from Liberty Latin America, a telecommunications company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited about the prospects of ClaroVTR. Our strong partnership with Liberty Latin America helped establish a converged connectivity provider that serves customers with world-class products and services.
