Pomona completed the acquisition of DIL and Decasa.

Pomona, a company specializing in international food distribution, completed the acquisition of DIL, a distributor of frozen food products, and Decasa, a distribution brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. “There are very few companies in this market that have a turnover of more than 50m in Spain, unlike what happens in France or Germany, where five or six players dominate the market. We are going to continue being an active player looking for more opportunities. This is not the end of the project, but new deals will depend on the opportunities arising,” Erik Plas, Pomona General Manager.
