Slättö, a private equity real estate investor with a Nordic focus, agreed to acquire two residential portfolios in Finland for €130m. The residential portfolios comprise approximately 800 residential units in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area and Tampere, with some 70 per cent of the value concentrated in the HMA. The assets have strong locations in their respective submarkets and are of high standards, with the majority being newly built properties.
