CPL, a full-service design firm, completed the acquisition of JPT Architects, a fully integrated architectural and engineering firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition further strengthens CPL's legacy of innovative design and deep sector knowledge in healthcare and enhances client experience while building on future acquisition strategy.
