Vizient, a health provider consultant in Irving, Texas, agreed to acquire the remaining stake in Kaufman Hall, a provider of management consulting solutions, from Madison Dearborn Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. This planned acquisition brings together two of the industry's most trusted advisors to help healthcare organizations deliver high-quality patient care to their communities. Through their industry-leading data assets and complementary clinical, strategic and financial expertise, the combined organization will be able to help solve healthcare organizations' most complex challenges.
