Warburg Pincus and Temasek-backed Specialist Risk Group, a UK-based insurance intermediary, completed the acquisition of Strategic Insurance Services, a West Sussex-based specialist schemes broker. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome SISL to SRG.
