Hayward completed the acquisition of ChlorKing.

Hayward, a designer and manufacturer of pool and outdoor living technology, completed the acquisition of ChlorKing, a Georgia-based manufacturer of Saline Chlorination Systems and Ultraviolet Light Solutions.
