Total Specific Solutions, an IT consulting and database management services provider, agreed to acquire Buypass, a trust and digital ID services provider, from Tietoevry, a technology company providing cloud, data, and software services, and Norsk Tipping, a Norwegian gambling company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Tietoevry focuses on specialized software and digital engineering businesses and has concluded that ownership in Buypass is not aligned with its strategy.
