EQT Infrastructure-backed Heritage Environmental Services completed the acquisition of EBV from General Dynamics.

EQT Infrastructure-backed Heritage Environmental Services, a family-owned leading provider of sustainability and industrial waste management services, completed the acquisition of EBV, an energetic waste disposal provider, from General Dynamics, a global aerospace and defense company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
