BTG Pactual, a Brazilian investment bank, agreed to acquire M.Y. Safra Bank, a Federal Savings Bank. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of M.Y. Safra Bank is another step in expanding our product and service offerings to our Latin American clients.
