SC Airbag Holdings o acquire 82.84% stake in Sumisho Airbag Systems from Sumitomo Corporation.

SC Airbag Holdings, an airbag producer company, agreed to acquire 82.84% stake in Sumisho Airbag Systems, a company engaged in the manufacture and sales of cushions for airbags, from Sumitomo Corporation, a general trading companies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
