EagleTree-backed Andronaco Industries completed the acquisition of Diamond Fiberglass and Diamond Services.

EagleTree-backed Andronaco Industries, a designer and manufacturer of high-performance specialty polymer and composite-engineered corrosion-resistant flow control products, completed the acquisition of Diamond Fiberglass, a designer and manufacturer of fluid management vessels and tanks, and Diamond Services, an industrial services business that focuses on non-metallic services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
