CVC Capital completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Partner in Pet Food.

CVC Capital, a private equity and investment advisory firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Partner in Pet Food, a pet food manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted that CVC will become our new majority shareholder as we continue our successful premiumisation strategy supplemented by an accelerated M&A path, which we started four years ago.
