PLT Energia to acquire a 191MW wind farm portfolio from EDPR for €400m.

PLT Energia, a renewable energy producer, agreed to acquire a 191MW wind farm portfolio from EDPR, a renewable energy company, for €400m. The transaction scope comprises 7 operating wind farms located in the south of Italy in operation for an average of 1.4 years, 5 projects benefit from a regulated tariff and 2 from a PPA.
