Merit Medical completed the acquisition of endoscopy assets from EndoGastric Solutions for $105m.

Merit Medical, a manufacturer and marketer of proprietary disposable medical devices used in interventional, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, particularly in cardiology, radiology, oncology, critical care and endoscopy, completed the acquisition of endoscopy assets from EndoGastric Solutions, a medical device company focused on developing and commercializing innovative, evidence-based, non-invasive surgical technology for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, for $105m. “This acquisition is consistent with our Continued Growth Initiatives.
