Embraer, a Brazilian multinational aerospace corporation, and Nidec, a Japanese manufacturer and distributor of electric motors, led a $94m funding round in Eve Air Mobility, a Brazilian subsidiary of Embraer which produces electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft and urban air mobility infrastructure. "We appreciate the confidence that these investors are placing in Eve. The new equity, along with existing cash and credit lines, ensures Eve is well positioned as we continue to build momentum and advance in the development and manufacturing of our eVTOL," Eduardo Couto, Eve Air Mobility CFO.
