Capgemini completed the acquisition of Lösch & Partner.

Capgemini, a global business and technology transformation partner, completed the acquisition of Lösch & Partner, a business management consultant in Munich, Germany. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Lösch & Partner enables the future competitiveness of manufacturing companies via state-of-the-art product development processes, to enable the convergence of software and hardware.
