TeamSystem, a company that develops and distributes management software solutions, completed the acquisition of a 61% stake in Change Capital, an investment service. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This operation strengthens our presence in fintech, which has now become a fundamental and distinctive component of our offering. Our entry into Change Capital allows us to add a new, important piece to continue growing," Federico Leproux, TeamSystem CEO.
