UASG, a UAE-based private equity firm, agreed to acquire a minority stake in DNEG, a British-Indian visual effects, computer animation and stereo conversion studio, from NaMa Capital, a venture capital firm, for $200m. “This investment will accelerate our plans to further drive The DNEG Group’s existing activities and enable the Group to expand its offering, both in terms of the services we provide and the markets we operate in.
